Overview
The route starts from Salt and passes Iraq Al-Ameer before descending the King Hussein Rally Road to the Jordan Valley. The landscape becomes warmer and more arid as the trail crosses the plateau overlooking the Dead Sea, joining a Roman road toward Mukawir fortress, then descending through basalt cliffs to Wadi Zarqa Ma’in and Wadi Wala.
